1.4. The description of database
The Miahoyto.com database is designed to support customer contacts, maintenance the customer relationship, marketing and other purposes of the internet service.
The database consists of basic information such as name, address, phone number, email address.
1.6. Official sources of information
The admisnistrator of the database registers only the information that the user gives itself while using the web service.
The miahoyto.com will not give out personal information to external parties nor outside of EU or ETA.
1.8. Database security
The collected information is saved to the system by the administrator of the database The database has been secured with a security software. The logging in to the database requires a user name and a password. The system has been secured with a firewall and other technical recourses. The user name and the password of the database is given only to the predetermined employees of miahoyto.com. The database is located in the secured space.
1.9. Right to prohibit processing
The user has the right to prohibit the administrator to process his personal data for purposes of direct advertising, distance selling, other direct marketing, market research, opinion polls, public registers or genealogical research.
1.10. Realisation rights
Everyone shall have the right of access to the data on him/her in a personal data file, Anyone who wished to have access to the data onhimself/herself shall make a written request to the administrator of the database. The administrator shall without undue delay reserve the user an opportunity to inspect the data upon request, provide a hard copy of the data.
1.11. Correction of the information
The administrator of the database corrects, removes or completes the needed information if it´s incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated on its own initiative, or by the request of the user. The user need to contact the administrator of the database to correct the information.
